Marcie Starbuck
Marcie Starbuck is the founder and lead teacher of Grace & Growth—a place where kids learn, create, and grow in Christ while having fun each day.
An Idaho native, Marcie holds a Master’s in Elementary Education and has four years of experience working with children from toddlers through elementary. Her approach blends strong academics with Christ-centered values, helping children grow in both skills and character.
Outside the classroom, Marcie enjoys road trips, puzzles, and creative projects. She brings that same curiosity, creativity, and joy into every day of learning at Grace & Growth.

Audney Zamora
Audney is an assistant teacher at Grace & Growth, where she has the joy of helping children learn, grow, and discover God’s love each day. As an Idaho native with a heart of gold, she brings warmth, patience, and a genuine passion for nurturing young hearts and minds.
Audney loves watching each child grow in confidence, character, and faith, and she is grateful for the opportunity to be part of their journey.
